You say de-boning, I say de-pinning! It's all about taking the bones out of fish, especially those pesky pin bones. Chef Troy will teach 30 participants how to de-bone a salmon using needle-nosed pliers, tweezers, or a filet knife. He'll also show you how to shuck oysters. Students will take away a pair of oyster shucking gloves and some mad seafood skills.
